A transparent approach
to recruitment

At Sixandahalfpercent
we work in the following manner:

Acting as an employment business we take the day rate offered by you for the jobseeker, deduct 6.5% (or 50 GBP whichever is the higher) and pass on the remainder to the them, resulting in a potential increase in day rate by over 40% compared with other recruitment agencies

We not only supply the initial jobseeker but can also arrange mobilisation, demob, airport transfers, visas and administer expense claims etc. We simply charge a mark up for these services of 6.5%

Acting as recruitment consultants we are happy to assist you with your permanent or temporary recruitment needs and can offer an executive search and selection service for those difficult to fill, niche positions. In respect of these recruitment services we work on a percentage of salary basis, which we believe you will find highly competitive
